AGCO Connect is a fleet management tool that enables remote and near real time monitoring and decision making.

With Connect you can monitor the status of your machines to optimize work efficiency and minimize downtime. Logistics, weather, and operator inattention are common causes of poor work efficiency. Using Connect to monitor machine activity, it is possible to decrease idle time and reduce fuel costs by identifying and addressing the cause of the inefficiencies. The information available gives you actionable insights and removes the need for guesswork.

In co-operation with an approved service partner if you choose, Connect can help you keep your machine in optimum condition, increasing uptime by making sure your machines are ready to work whenever they are needed. Service and maintenance notifications keep you informed of the machine condition, and help schedule planned maintenance outside of busy periods.

How does Connect work?
Connect provides a variety of data signals for customers and service technicians in one easy-to-use interface. The data is collected by sensors on the machine and accessible through the Connect web portal and the Connect mobile app where it can be visualized and utilized in various ways. For example, a machine owner can check where a machine is positioned and when fueling should be scheduled. The system also provides service notifications to assist planning and minimize downtime.

With existing in-house technical knowledge combined with AGCO Connect as the enabling tool, service teams can take the customer experience to a new level. Remotely viewing service codes and performance data enables a proactive and insightful support, where needs can be identified rapidly and machine owners experience less downtime.

Customizable connect data analysis provides service technicians with a powerful tool. Recent and historic CAN signals can be analyzed to help diagnose faults or improve machine performance.

Investigation
Automated, actionable, near real time alerts help service technicians react quickly and start investigating the cause of problems immediately.

Optimal coverage
Data is transmitted via mobile networks and will roam across different services to find the strongest signal in the area. In areas where no mobile network connection is possible, data will either be stored and sent when connection is restored or a limited data set is sent through the Iridium® satellite network to maintain connection.*Iridium satellite connectivity available on select telemetry devices.
