We have 2 specialist service centres at Belton and Horncastle that can fulfil all your vehicles' aftercare needs including KGM (formerly SsangYong) approved servicing, commercial vehicle servicing, and 4x4 pick-up truck servicing. How can I re-arrange a service for my vehicle?

How long does a service take?
A service will vary by make and model but on average a Chandlers service takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

What does a car service include?
What is checked as part of a service can vary depending on make and model. Generally a service consists of an oil and filter change, pollen filter, plugs (if fitted), air filter, fuel filter, removing wheels to access the braking system to visually check, diagnostics check, electrics inspection and a road-test. Your vehicle will also be washed and vacuumed before being handed back to you.

Is there anywhere for me to wait and work whilst the service is happening?
Chandlers have relaxing waiting areas with Wi-Fi and drinks facilities which are all free of charge.

Can I have courtesy car while my car is being repaired?
If a courtesy car is available then this would be offered. If we have run out of courtesy cars then we can also offer a lift home and free collection and delivery service.

Do you offer an MOT?
We can also include an MOT with the service at a reduced rate.
