Congratulations to Adam Gell of Chandlers Belton who has passed his Apprenticeship EPA Exams with an overall Grade of Merit.
End-point assessment (EPA) is the final stage of an apprenticeship. It is an impartial assessment of whether the apprentice has developed the skills, knowledge and behaviours outlined in the apprenticeship standard.
Adam has now qualified as a Land Based Service Technician after finishing his apprenticeship with Chandlers in partnership with Moreton Morrell College. Adam will join the support team full-time at Belton, maintaining, servicing and repairing Massey Ferguson tractors and premier brand farm machinery.
