Chandlers Apprentice Owen Bradley Awarded EPA with Distinction

Added 22/03/2023

Congratulations to Owen Bradley of Chandlers Spilsby who has passed his Apprenticeship EPA Exams with an overall Grade of Distinction, seen shaking hands with Service Manager Edgar Shores.

End-point assessment (EPA) is the final stage of an apprenticeship. It is an impartial assessment of whether the apprentice has developed the skills, knowledge and behaviours outlined in the apprenticeship standard. Owen has now qualified as a Land Based Service Technician after finishing a 3 year apprenticeship with Chandlers in partnership with Riseholme College. Owen will join the support team full-time at Spilsby, maintaining, servicing and repairing Massey Ferguson tractors.
