Our apprenticeship can take you all the way to an industry recognised level three qualification in Land Based Engineering, with no course fees for you to pay and a job as a skilled technician on completion.

Chandlers are committed to an ongoing programme of investing in young people by recruiting, training and developing them to become what the farming industry needs to support it, skilled Agricultural Technicians within our dealership.
At Chandlers you get the best of both worlds, hands on in our workshop gaining practical skills, mentored by experienced technicians and academic learning in college, trained by lecturers who specialise in our industry.
Our apprentices are paid during the whole process including the time at college. Every apprentice gets a structured and individual learning plan tailored to their development.
About You
- Applicants will ideally have achieved English & Maths @ GCSE’s grade 4 or above, plus 2 others.
- You will also need to have a keen interest in machinery, a talent for using your hands and be conversant with modern technology.
- You must also be physically fit and eager to learn and meet new challenges presented by today’s cutting edge technology and modern machinery.
