The Equipment Dealers Association (EDA), a powerful voice for dealers across North America, announced on June 6 that Grasshopper was awarded Dealer's Choice in the Outdoor Power Equipment category, the highest honor awarded by EDA.
The award recognises manufacturers that lead the industry by providing top-quality service, support and products to dealers in the U.S. and Canada. Over the past nine years, Grasshopper has earned three Dealer's Choice awards and six Gold awards. Just as important, Grasshopper scored first in Product Quality, Product Technical Support, Product Availability, and Parts Availability.
Each year, EDA administers a Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey that focuses on 12 operational categories ranging from product quality to customer service. Joe Dykes, EDA’s VP of Industry Relations said, “Given the uncertainty equipment dealers faced over the last year, we were pleased to see continued high participation in the Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey.”
