Chandlers Apprentices pass exams with flying colours

Congratulations to Kieran Snowden, Tom Baker, Charlie Freeman and Morgan Humphrey-Brooker who have all the final phase of their Apprenticeship EPA Exams and are now qualified Land Based Service Technicians.
 
End-point assessment (EPA) is the final stage of an apprenticeship. It is an impartial assessment of whether the apprentice has developed the skills, knowledge and behaviours outlined in the apprenticeship standard.

Kieran has now qualified as a Land Based Service Technician with an overall Grade of Distinction, seen below shaking hands with Belton Service Manager Clive Swingler, after finishing a 3 year apprenticeship with Chandlers Academy in partnership with Moreton Morrell College. Kieran will join the support team full-time at Belton, maintaining, servicing and repairing Massey Ferguson machinery.



Charlie has now qualified as a Land Based Service Technician with an overall Grade of Distinction, seen below shaking hands with Cirencester Service Manager Darren Purdy, after finishing a 3 year apprenticeship with Chandlers Academy in partnership with Moreton Morrell College. Charlie will join the support team full-time at Cirencester, maintaining, servicing and repairing Massey Ferguson machinery.



Tom has now qualified as a Land Based Service Technician with an overall Grade of Distinction, seen below shaking hands with Cirencester Service Manager Darren Purdy, after finishing a 3 year apprenticeship with Chandlers Academy in partnership with Moreton Morrell College. Tom will join the support team full-time at Cirencester, maintaining, servicing and repairing Massey Ferguson machinery.



Morgan has now qualified as a Land Based Service Technician with an overall Grade of Merit, seen below shaking hands with Chandlers Academy Manager Andrew Silvester, after finishing a 3 year apprenticeship with Chandlers Academy in partnership with Moreton Morrell College. Morgan will join the support team full-time at Wallingford, maintaining, servicing and repairing Fendt / Valtra machinery, and Rogator Sprayers.
